Hi Sanjyot, I have a suggestion for you. You've been preparing a lot of different types of cuisines. Can you show us the preparation of Goan Tomato bhaji, Patal bhai, Sukhi (Yellow) bhaji. All Goans would know & would love to see you show us the preparation. You might want to visit Cafe bhonsle in Panjim to try out if you haven't been there to know the taste & preparation. Also they make Buns which are really special.
