Not a professional baker BUT my family does a LOT of baking and I could tell from the very beginning (when they started putting in ingredients) that Kassie knew what she was doing at least a little more than the others. (or she made some really good guesses) (tip; put the cookies in while your mixing at the very end before you put them in the oven)
