In this episode,I'm going to be talking to food coach and menopause expert Meera Bhogal, about how we can all cook our way to a happier menopause.
We'll be talking about how many women can develop in midlife or discover they were suffering for years before with allergies and food intolerances, which can affect your quality of life during midlife and menopause. We'll also be discussing how through Meera's own personal journey with food allergies, she created a brand new healthy and nutrition rich food brand.
Meera Bhogal is the founder of the healthy food brand Meera's Made From Scratch, which she created after realising that much of the gluten and dairy free food she needed to eat contained far too much sugar. She's hugely passionate about raising awareness of menopause, especially within South Asian communities where it's often not spoken about openly.
