HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN TACOS DORADOS AHOGADOS

Hello my beautiful fam! 🛑Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770
All my utensils are from Walmart 😊

Ingredients: makes about 24 rolled tacos
2 lbs chicken breast
1/4 c mustard
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
Salsa:
5 large tomatoes
4 chile serrano
15 chile de árbol
2 garlic cloves
1//4 white onion
Handful of cilantro
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
24 corn tortillas
Vegetable oil
Toppings: optional
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Avocado
Queso fresco
Crema

Anyone that gives Claudia, and her recipes a thumbs down👎, has never tried her recipes. She literally has the best recipes. I have tried many many recipes from many different people on KZbin. And when I say many I mean MANY! There are only two cooks on KZbin that has came threw every single time. One of them being Claudia. Her recipes never fail. Every single one of Claudia's recipes are AMAZING! So to the folks that have given her a thumbs down, I say that you should try her recipes before you judge. Claudia keep doing you sweetie. I love how detailed you are with your recipe's measurements. I think it's very important and thats why your dishes come out so delicious. I feel with Latinos, especially with the older generation there is a stigma (you don't know how to cook) if you use measuring spoons and cups. "Siempre se le atina las medidas". I have a white fiancé and he is not into super spicy food lol I make this same salsa just without the Chile and I don’t marinate the chicken (that’s the way my mom taught me) I would like to try this salsa because in my opinion peppers make food more flavorful.

I don't have Mexican home cooked food as much anymore.my grandma used to have beans in the pot everyday no matter what.and my mom is getting up there in age and she doesn't cook as much used to when I go see her. Made these a few nights ago - so so good! The cheese is necessary in the filling to keep everything from falling apart while frying. Also, I tried the toothpick trick and it didn't really help me. I just let them sit frying in the oil, undisturbed, and everything stayed together.
