2 eggs
180 g sugar
230 g Cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
215 g Cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
15g cocoa powder
1g of salt

I've already tried two of your recipes (the orange sponge cake and the vanilla sponge) twice and both came out amazing. I made the gluten-free version because I have a gluten allergy and I couldn't believe how perfect both cakes came out, because I've tried a lot of different specific gluten-free cake recipes and they were all terrible. I could never make a gluten-free cake that was spongy, soft and moist but with your recipes it was possible. I always wanted to have gluten-free recipes for the basic baked goods, like a good vanilla sponge, butter cookies, a bread that always came perfect, so I'll be using your recipes from now on, starting with these butter cookies! So thank you so much for sharing your amazing recipes! ❤

Podría decirme cuando se corta la masa en cuadros, se tiene que meter al refrigerador o al congelador. Y cuántas galletas salen por la cantidad preparada.

@@juanavirginiahuertacarrasc8697 hola. Puede variar. Las masas con mantequilla se trabajan rápido y frías. Tienes que dejarle hasta que se quede firme (a mí con 60 min me queda bien) y trabajarla muy rápido si es verano. Y volverla a meter en el frío. No son galletas para hacer en 20 min. Yo les dedico 2 días. El 1ro para prepararla y varias etapas y el 2do es para congelar y hornear. Si tu masa no está fría te será muy difícil trabajarla y los dibujos no quedarán bien.

I just made some yummy and fantastic looking Christmas cookies using your recipe thank you! One suggestion-when u say put the dough in the refrigerator I wonder do u mean freezer! In my case, the dough was much firmer to use once I put it in the freezer for 45 minutes

참 맛있는 쿠키 레시피네요! 초보가 다루기에 약간 질어요. 크림화 충분히 잘 하고, 영상처럼 두껍게 해서 같은 방법으로 성형해야 편할 것 같네요(조잡한 부분이 있는 다양한 캐릭터 쿠키커터로 찍기 어려움). 그리고 코코아 반죽은 그렇지 않은데, 플레인은 조금만 덜 구워진 부분이 있어도 밀가루 냄새가 올라와서 안전하게 바닐라 쓰면 좋을 것 같아요. 식감이 단단 바삭하고 달콤한 게 받는 사람이 사서 주는 쿠키라고 생각할 것 같아요.ㅎ 좋은 레시피 감사합니다.
