We only get these type of mangoes for about two months in the UK . And they’re very expensive . A box of 8 is about £30. So as good as this Kulfi looks , I’d rather eat fresh mangoes .

Mine is not freezing.. it looks exactly same.. but mango is freezing but kulfi is not.. any idea why ??

@@minakshigurjar8004 the only way to set it properly in our normal home refrigerator is to take a bigger utensil and fill it half with water and then put those glasses in that utensil.. this will make the temperature around the glass very cold.. then only it will set in like 10-15 hours. But there is a better way of making this thing. Simply make the rabdi as he showed and let it cool then take out the mango pulp separately and mix it with the rabdi and then just freeze it in ice-cream kulfi moulds. It tastes way better than this one..

I am really happy to see the TITLES of your videos. Always simple and elegant. Warna ajkal jise dekho recipe ka naam likhne k bajaye aise ajeeb se titles dete hain k parh k hi ghussa anay lagta hai.
