Since I can't stand Starbucks (lived in the Seattle area for 21 years), I will say, I would rather drink instant plain Jane coffee! Now, what you have done here Anadi,....magically GREAT! Love it! Thanks Sir!

plain Jane coffee is just too boring for me though sometimes I do like a latte or cappuccino, just never black for me! at least some milk and sweetener of sorts and I love milk foam! I'm glad you liked this Paulie! I know it's very chocolatey but it's honestly way less sweeter than the Starbucks version because of the lack of artificial, plus we don't know what's in their mocha sauce. Cheers!

Yours looks a bit watery and the whipped cream you added to the bottom floated right to the top, all because you didn't use an emulsifier. I think Starbucks uses their own mix of Xanthan gum. But I still prefer your version of the drink.
