hehe what was Guyana about it ? my father side also have hindu/christian asian ancestry and came to Britain and america going back to late 1700s we just identify as having a American and European culture as American /caribbean/latin american cuisine/food/culture is just European and American with Asian influences broad leaf thyme is actually mint in hindi its called pudhina or sometimes called Mexican oregano which is actually a herb with both flavours the only difference is as European/american Indians we use american herbs and fruit such as sazon and pimento, scotch bonnet wri wri peppers mexican chillies etc where as indians from indian just use standerd green or red chilies FABULOUS ENERGY though
