@@CookingWithAuntJay Went brilliantly, even when I discovered I had no greaseproof paper in the house🙄, improvised with lightly oiled foil and it worked. My first vegan Christmas meal after having gone vegan about 9 months ago. Really not missing meat at all, wish I had done this years ago.
