1 kg of Pork Rips -၀က်နံရိုး
1/2 teespoons of pepper -ငရုတ်ကောင်း
1 teespoons of garlic Powder -ကြက်သွန်ဖြူအမှုန့်
1 teespoons of salt -ဆား
1 teespoons of vegetables Powder - ဟင်းခပ်မှုန့်
Ginger-. ဂျင်း
2 Tablespoons of soya Sauce -ပဲငံပြာရည်အကြည့်
2 Tablespoons of Potatoes starch ( အာလူးမှုန့် သို့ ကော်မှုန့်)
Oil - ဆီတို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
