Hi Chef, hope you will see my comment as I'm 2 weeks late in finding this video. I'm from Sri Lanka and fell in love with your country's food while working in Doha. I was living in a part of a family flat owned by a rich Bangladeshi family. They were wonderful in their cooking and though I pay only the house rent, always they were feeding me. My favourite is your Pulao rice and this Egg dish. Now I'm back in my country and miss those food. So thought of making them myself and looking for the right recipes and then found your channel.
