बिना कड़वाहट करेले की सब्ज़ी | Karele Pyaz ki Sabzi | करेले की सब्जी | Bittergourd Sabji |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.700 gm Bittergourd
2-3 no onions
3 tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp saunf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
chop coriander
.500 ml oil for frying

Very nice recipe. I add some lemon juice along with salt and turmeric to remove the excess bitterness of karelas. In South, we make a thick gravy based karela dish with tamarind and coconut milk and little jaggery. That is also very tasty. I will try your recipe. Thank you, Chef.
