.500 gm idli rice
.150 gm white urad dal
1 tsp methi seeds
salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup gram flour
2 spoon chop carrot
2 spoon chop capsicum
red yellow capsicum
chop coriander
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp mustard seed
5-6 chop curry leaf
butter
