Today I am going to share Karachi Famous beef white Biryani Recipe of asad pakwan Center Karachi.
Ingridents of ( 4 Kg Rice & 4Kg Beef )
Step 1 :
Tomatoe : Medium Size 2
Onion : Medium Size 1
Cumin Seeds : 4 Tablespoon
Fennel Seeds : 2.5 Tablespoon
Coriander Seeds : 2 Tablespoon
Star Anise : 4 To 5
Clove : 10 to 12
Black Cardamom : 4 to 5
Green Cardamom : 7 to 8
Black Pepper : 15 to 20
Cinnamon : 2 inch 3 piece
Salt : 4 to 5 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Bay leaf : 5 to 6 leaf
Green Chili Paste : 6 Tablespoon
Ginger and Garlic paste : 4 Tablespoon
White Pepper : 2 Tablespoon
Step 2 :
Beef : 4 Kg
Add All Spices
Yogurt : 500 Gram
Cooking Oil : Half Liter
Water : 2.5 Liter
Cook on high flame for 5 minute then cook on low flame untill meat tender it will take almost 1.5 hour
Step 3 :
Coriander leaves : Half Bunch
Mint leaves : Half Bunch
Cumin Seeds : 3 to 4 Tablespoon
Green Chili : 10 to 12 Small
Fennel Seeds : 2 Tablespoon
White Pepper : 1 Tablespoon
Fried Onion : 50 Gram
Red Chili Flakes : 2 Tablespoon
Nutmeg Powder : 1 Tea Spoon
Mace Powder : 1 Tea Spoon
Dried Plum : 10 to 12
Step 4 :
4 Kg Basmati Rice Soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes then boil it.
Part 1 : 2 Kg Boiled Rice add on 65 to 70 percent done
Part 2 : 2 Kg Remaining Boiled Rice Add which is 90 percent done
cook on high flame for 5 minutes then add boiled rice water half liter and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
after 12 minutes Add Cooking oil half liter
