Today I am going to share special chana Biryani Recipe.
8Kg Ingredients
Chana : 1.5 Kg Boil In 6 Liter Water
then Add in Deg with boiled chana water
Potato : 3 Kg Optional
Red Chili Flakes : 80 Gram
Red Chili Powder : 35 To 40 Gram
Turmeric Powder : 50 Gram
Cumin Seeds : 80 Gram
Black Pepper : 15 Gram
Clove : 15 Gram
Black Cardamom : 10 gram
Green Cardamom : 10 Gram
Star Anise : 05 Gram
Cinnamon Stick : 20 Gram
Tomato : 4 to 5 Medium Size
Coriander and Mint Leaves : 1 Bunch Total
Ginger and garlic paste : 80 Gram
Green Chilli Paste : 80 gram
Add All Spices in a deg Then Add
Yogurt : 500 Gram
Salt : 70 to 80 gram Or as per your taste
Cooking Oil : Half Liter
Cook on Medium to high flame for 10 to 15 Minutes
Step 2 :
Tomato : 1.5 Kg
coriander leaves : 2 bunch
Mint leaves : 2 Bunch
Red Chili Flakes : 3 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds : 2 To 3 Tablespoon
Chaat Masala : 1 to 2 tablespoon
mix it very well Add In Deg
Step 3 : Yogurt Color Mixture Ingredients
Yogurt : 250 Gram
Mace Powder : 1 tea spoon
Nutmeg Powder : 1 Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom Crushed : 1 Tea Spoon
Food Colour : 1 Tea Spoon
Mix It very well then Add In Corner side of Deg
Then Add
Mace Powder and Nutmeg Powder : 2 Tablespoon
Brown fried Onion : 100 Gram
Step : 4
Basmati Rice : 8 Kg Soak in Water for 15 to 20 minutes Then boil rice
Step 1 : 4 Kg Boiled Rice Add on 50 to 60 Percent Done.
Step 2 : 4 Kg Boiled Rice Add on 70 to 80 Percent Done
Cook on high flame for 2 minutes
then Add Boiled Rice water 2 Liter and Cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes
Then add : Cooking oil 1 Liter
