Looks delicious as usual. I love how you take your time making all of your recipes. I see you are a Gordon Ramsey fan. He has great recipes and his techniques are awesome as well. I will definitely be making these when my daughter comes home next week from college. We will have a seafood night. I actually neve knew how to make crab cakes... but always craved them and w this lockdown this video came right on time..( thanks baby girl) the only thing I did different was added chopped celery to my veggie melody. I didn't know how to make the sauce so i created my own lil version but it was great.
