Thai Hot Basil Chicken Restaurant Style Asian Pan Recipe, stir fried chicken with onions, green chilli, fresh Basil, in Thai Hot sauce
Ingredients:
*°chicken 300 grams slice cut
*°egg 1 piece
*Cornflour 2 tbsp
*Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
*White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
*Salt 1/2 tsp
*oil for frying
*oil temperature 150 to 160 degrees
*frying time 3 minutes
Recipe:
mushroom 10 grams
green onion 2 grams
onions 20 grams
Basil 2 grams
green chilli 4 grams
cooking oil 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
garlic chopped 1 tsp
Thai Hot chilli sauce 1 tbsp
soya sauce light 2 tbsp
mama's sita oyster sauce 3 tbsp
soya sauce Dark 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
chicken powder 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White sugar 1 tsp
