Dear Sros ; i have been watching and following your food preparing Clips 🤗 on the great outdoors in your Country and now for the first time i just had to write to you how Wonderful you prepare your meals 🧑‍🍳 . I like what you mostly prepare and today you prepared river Clams 🥲 it really looked so more than delicious especially with all the other ingredients you made for this entire Clam Meal 💬 The way you fried everything in your big Woks ( Wadjans ) with exactly those herbs and ingredients and those red hot Chilli peppers ( Lombok ) . And when your ready i see the way you eat and seldom do i hear you with a hmmm 🗨️ meaning you really really ( for yourself ) outdone this delicious meal Clams with. I really love Clams myself but you have Clams twice the size as we have 👁️‍🗨️ and that's why when i saw you eating, i immidiatly wanted to be there to eat also this delicious Clam Meal 🤫. I mostly shall look what you Cook and than i'll try to give a feedback ❕. I am glad you're Cooking as what i once red "streetfood" however i saw no street, but i know that people who know you shall come by themselves 🤔 Unless you Cook it especially for yourself 💫 and that's why i like it. I think its to make the clams open and she would be able to clean them, you notice they were all closed off before she throw the eggs in

@@morgan_w05 Chefs do not put in egg yolk to open the clams. To encourage clams to open naturally, you can place the clams in a bowl of lightly salted water and then refrigerate them for about 30 minutes.
