@@CookingwithSugarTV Hey, Yes I added a layer of baby spinach. Taking off any large stems that I seen. But I think it added a great flavor and some real different color to the dish. I like to put two layers of the rocatta divided by noodles, and the spinach in between. I'm hopeing to trying your chicken very soon. Love to see your back. Tom

Edmon Uyan I used salted butter. There’s not really a noticeable amount of salt in salted butter. That’s why I also use salt. Most people tend to UNDER season.

Sure. You can cook it in a rotisserie. I don’t know the cooking time but you’re looking for 160 degrees and a skin crispiness that works for you.
