I tried this recipe and it actually tastes just like pista house haleem! My husband really loved it too. Dividing the work over two days makes it a lot easier, like make your ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, portioning out your spices, and slice your onions the day before. Then you can fry them, pressure cook the daliya, and the meat, and mash the haleem the next day. Also note the water content is 500ml or half liter when pressure cooking the meat. I accidentally added one liter so it took a bit longer to get the consistency when mashing at the end. All in all a delicious must try recipe! Can’t wait to make it again, thank you Fem didi💗 You are so talented!
