2 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup curd

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

¼ cup oil
2 tbsp butter
2 onion ( 150-200 g )
4 green cardamom
1 mace
4 tomato ( 400-450 g )
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
¼ tsp turmeric powder
18-20 cashews
1 handful coriander leaves
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
¼ cup fresh cream
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
