Lucknow Famous Boti Kabab Recipe | Traditional And Original Masala Boti Kabab | Bakra Eid Special

Ingredients:-
500 g mutton boti
3 tbsp raw papaya paste
1 tsp salt
2 fried onions
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp level gram flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp salt
14-15 almonds or cashews
1 tbsp coconut powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp fennel seeds
4-5 cloves
4 green cardamom
1 mace
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom seeds
8-10 pepper corn
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 cup oil
