नमस्कार ताई खूपच सोप्या पद्धतीने करून दाखवले. सर्व जिन्नस घरी असतात आणी योग्य प्रमाणात घेतल्या .पाणी सुद्धा हव तेवढ घातल्याने ते आपोआप पसरल.सहज उलटला गेला. वरून लोणी टाकून परतला त्याने मस्त सुंदर भाजला गेला दिसत आहे आणी सुवासिक ही होईल. मुलांना खूप आवडेल .चटणी ही छान केली. पोह्यांनी फर्मन्टेशन लवकर होत.आपण बरोबर म्हणाला.रात्री हे सर्व मिश्रण करून ठेवल तर सोड्या विना ही खूप स्पंजी होत.दही कमी प्रमाणात लागेल.ह्या मिश्रणाने इडली सुद्धा मऊ फ्लपी होते. चटणी ला वरून जी फोडणी घातली तिनं खरी चव येते. त्यात एक दोन लाल मिरची चे तुकडे अजून टाकून केली तर तिची वेगळी खमंग चव तेलातून चटणी ला येते .असच वेळ वाचवायला चणा डाळ ऐवजी डाळे किंवा फुटाणे साल काढून घालतात.सोबत ओल खोबर असत च. उत्तम सादरीकरण केले. धन्यवाद.
