Pani Puri Masala पानी पुरी मसाला - 1 tbsp
Aamchoor Powder आमचूर पाउडर - 1 tsp

Tamrind इमली - 1/4 cup
Jaggery गुड़ - 1/4 cup
Water पानी - 2 cup
Ice Cubes बर्फ के टुकड़े - 2
**TIKHA PANI**
Coriander हरा धनिया
Mint Leaves पुदीना - 1/2 cup
Ginger अदरक - 1 inch
Green Chilli हरी मिर्च - 3 to 4
Lemon Juice नींबू का रस
Water पानी - 2 cup
