Honestly, Scandinavian and Finnish police are chill as f******ck. Was driving a rented car in Finland when I was there like 15 years ago, the road dropped from the intercity highway speed of 100 kph down to 80 kph because there was a pull off to a town on the right coming up, I got pinged at 105. Maybe it's because I'm Canadian or maybe it's because I was honest and told them I didn't see the signage, but they did the breath test, cracked a few jokes while my international permit (I got one just for a couple of months because I was over there on business for a month) ran through the requisite systems, and when all was good and done, they just shook hands and wished me Hyvää matkaa ("Have a nice visit") :D

Norwegian here, I can confirm EVERY time I have been stopped by police in Norway they act like that last video. This is what proper education, screening and training gets you.
