When I bought my 05 Super Glide I thought it was the deal of a lifetime, it only had 2502mls. But the bike, although never abused was neglected, which can be as bad. The tires had 90% tread but were 15 years old. Battery and plugs were original equipment. I brought it to a local HD dealer and they charged me $500 and missed everything. Ok so, you are advocating to all your people that watch your Video's that they should Dump their Warranties with Harley. Everyone needs to be clear......the very first time that they take their bike into a Harley Dealer, and it WILL BE plugged into the data technician, if it sees a change in the ECM for the tune it will send the info to MOCO and that bike's VIN will be flagged..FOREVER!!! Also more fuel = less fuel mileage. My TC 103 got 31 mpg with the old style "tune it for power SE tuner. My new 114 with Torque cam, AC, SE mufflers with cats in them and a SE header system tuned with the SE street tuner made 98hp and 114 Ftq and still returns 43 mpg. It runs comfortable in the Florida heat. All under factory warranty. So just let the buyer beware, for 5-10 degrees less temp they are giving up far more than they will gain. And what data are you using for the mileage lifetime? I've already seen stock M8's with over 100,000 miles. Sorry I do not agree with your recommendations without giving the down sides of the changes.

@@DKCustomProducts Some of his information may be inaccurate but it is a fact that if you put another tuner on your bike that is not factory or a SE tuner your engine warranty will be void the first time you take it to the dealer. @DKCustomProducts3 жыл бұрын
@@rollandklontz Actually that is inaccurate on three counts- 1. A Power Vision tune can be put on a bike, then if the bike needs to be taken in for warranty, the original tune can be restored. A ViED can be installed, and it does not leave a trace 3, This is only a concern for 2017 and later bikes...after the collusion between HD and the EPA.
