Question 1: Super cool guy is constantly getting propositioned to make friends with people. He offended one of his co-workers by declining his offer to go see Jim Gaffigan. He just doesn’t want to add to his friend group but wants to do it without offending people.
Question 2: Guy ran into Russillo in Manhattan Beach, was going to go up to say hi but sensed that Russillo gave him a mean look so he decided not to bother him.
Question 3: American expat writes in from Germany. He is extremely frustrated with the strictness of the rules in the country and the stickler attitude of the citizens.
