I don't quite agree. The Blower concept is as old as time, though making it out of plywood is something else. So Patent No. idea Good!

I made a big one of these for a forge blower, using an old bicycle with a chain & gears to drive it by hand. The impeller design is important for efficiency.

You should watch Mattias Wendel's wood working channel then... he has been making Plywood blowers, dust collectors and vacuums for most of his career in youtube... and maybe Marius Hornberger

I have used layers of thin hardboard wrapped around the outside. Each layer roughed up and glued to the previous. Makes it very easy to do.

Been done before only out of metal with the same results. In order to get better flow the blades need to be curved to direct the flow of air into one direction, that will greatly improve the CFM

Mmmm. So, all the heat generated by the grinder is enclosed and encased in a wooden structure. Call me over-cautious, but isn't that a fire risk? Also, lets get real here - what is the point of making this elaborate wooden construction? If you need a blower they can be purchased relatively inexpensively. Plus, they are going to be a darn sight more powerful that this puny thing - lets see you clear a lawn with three feet high piles of leaves with it. Overall, can't say I'm very impressed.
