The only thing I wonder about having a heater in a tent, with a floor that is snow and ice, is the thawing process. What if it melts too much and to the point it isn't strong enough to hold you.
@jenniferstewarts48512 жыл бұрын
@@tigergreg8 not really an issue. heat rises... at floor level its still usually freezing, even if it isn't the amount of heat transfer to the ice... isn't enough to melt it very much. as the thermal mass of the ice is massive. People have been doing this for centuries, and the only problems happen when... the ice is to thin to begin with.

Rewatch bbn it if you doht believe me, only rich people will be able to buy these things but if the inventors had priced them considerably lower, then they would have been far likely to sell many more and make even more money. From many years of pulling sleds into a remote cabin any sled that needs some sort of support from the snowmachine sucks. You need four skis with a drawbar that pivots on the sled and hitch. What happens with a tow bar that doesn’t pivot is the sled will pull the rear bumper up and down on an uneven surface. I have a small flatbed trailer of similar design suspension as the snow coach shown here. It only works good with light loads like ice fishing equipment. I would never put 200 to 300 pounds on it. Also the load has to be pretty close to balanced with a little hitch weight so it doesn’t flop around on the hitch.
