I'm not so sure, I think this might be a fake or a lip sync. If you listen to the Paul Davis record, are you just click to one of the videos it's identical, identical to the point where I have my doubt as to this being a legit performance.

Don't believe this a sync, its a track he's singing to. The background vocals are not the same. Plus this guy is flat in certain words, like "past" "Oh's", on the cool night are off too. This is not Davis singing. He does a good job though. The syncing is off between the video and audio, and that's definitely a track style ending

Yes, he did. He was my band's singer in1992.He was really great, and had IT. And I saw that guy 3-4x a week for a year. I was the guitarist, and I just sent this vid to the drummer. He was fit, handsome as could be, played guitar, and wrote well. Could sing hard rock too. From Deer Park NY. Everybody has a demon or two, and his got the better of him within a couple months of publishing this video. Look at all the comments. I found out about two years ago... he was a good guy, funny, smart, nice, a total bummer that he had to go. We had some hard working rehearsals, and some hard laughing times. Incredibly great memories driving home from Queens to Suffolk, or when he went to see his GF in New Hyde Park I'd hop the train. Always, he was ALWAYS smiling. There's a great pic of him online somewhere, he looked like that ALL day. I wish for him to R.I.P. my friend.
