In this video I'm reseeding my front lawn again, this time with some varieties. Also using some different seeding techniques. No slit seeder this time. How long will these new varieties live in this climate?

I enjoy seeing you try something that isn’t supposed to work. Keep it up.

Nice! I will follow along. Trying SPF-30 over here in the triad, NC. KBG took me forever to get up and look like real grass (probably about like your Zoysia).

Stay at this brother! Eventually this channel will take off I promise. Very entertaining, relatable, and inspiring that anyone can do these types of projects. Thanks for the content.

Aeration on carolina sandy soil is like pissing in the wind. Also following college studies on nitrogen levels is the same way. My neighbor asked how is your grass growing so thick and full, I told him throw all that ncst literature out the window. This is sand not perfect soil you need to find the most effective way to feed that grass some nitrogen and broadcast spreading every 90 days isn't the way!

the spf 30 bluegrass is awesome. I can't recommend it enough. I've had it for 2 seasons now, and it stays green all year.

Can we get an update on this? Also, we need an update on the Zoysia in the backyard. Why not just go with Bermuda in the front?

I haven't been able to upload much lately. I've been working 6 days a week, leaving in the dark and coming home in the dark. the front is coming along nicely. I may do an update after the first of the year. the zoysia in the backyard is dormant and boring for now. I can't really do Bermuda in the front due to shade issues. Bermuda will not tolerate any shade. thanks for watching.
