Sure…mine uses the kayak swivel mount which is actually more troublesome, need mod to make it firm. I would now recommend the standard mount instead. I will pm you soon.

I saw that the motor you are using.. is it strong enough to go against current?

@@bvtfishing is bixby a good motor? But the battery pack very limited power to run the motor for long hours...

Yup bixpy is decent. But for that price, I would go for Newport NK180, depending on the Amp draw, I think a 100AH batt would easily last 3-4 hours of continuous running.

I have nt tried any kayak fishing yet...but totaly 0 knowledge in doing it also
