Adding that extra “pop” or rotation, that’s where the power comes from, but ONLY IF YOURE RELAXED. We have adult softball leagues here (NC). They do men’s, women’s, coed and 50+ leagues. It’s soooo much fun! I can’t handle fast pitch. They introduced it my junior year and it was mandatory my senior year. It ate my shoulders up so I stuck with being a part of the training staff lol

@@xinalorreen2031I’m almost certain it’s a curve because if you look at her leading foot when she throws it, it isn’t straight out from where she started, which is how you are supposed to position your feet for curves.

Since the 80s this sport has had pitches that are a bit extreme. It's kind of a girl's sport because they have to not vary much with pitch or they will get hurt. I am an expert because my Uncle umpired girl's softball in 1987-88 Olney, IL.
