The red flashing light means the physical ticket dispenser is out of tickets. The machine thought that because the card reader crashed and had to restart. Normally when the staff put more tickets in, they press the button to start it dispensing again.

You can get loads of cards to drop when ever you want them. The light that is going round the board all the time (right in front of you) is what you get, it's triggered every time you get the token though the hole. You'll notice all the numbers represent how many free tokens/tickets will drop and at the bottom is the card drop win. It's basically a timing game but I get the impression from you guys playing you haven't noticed this. It would be best to aim for card first than coins. Hope this helps.

When you get a spin and tokens pop out.. count them.. it didn't give you 30 or 20 it seems. It sounded like it gave you 24 and 14 or something like that.
