. . . . . . . I shed tears whenever I listen to the good old days' music. I was listening to all these songs from my Dad's Gramophone Records when I was a kid. I've missed the good old days' music artists; may their souls rest in perfect peace till we all see them there someday!😢😢

Even though I don't understand the language, this is my best music and it is oldies when music was music, has meaning. Please we need more of this music. This is good indeed. However I have started before that meaningful music originated in GHANA. What a voice.

Nostalgia to the highest level. This brings me memories of my grandmother. She used to trade at the Takoradi market circle. She was very close to the DECCA HOUSE records store, opposite the post office. As a little boy I was most of the time with her in the market. This positively exposed me deeply to a wide variety of music.I am very happy with the music, but sad because I miss the gracious grand mum.

Georgina, did you know some of the tracks particularly those sang in praise of Kwame Nkrumah hit the airways in 1952, 1953 and 1958. My uncle was a staunch UP, the opposition party to the CPP, but being a musician himself he clandestinely had a stack of these songs, if only for the melody.
