4 months late to the video, but recently did a very similar build and im here to tell you those 4 sticks of RAM did absolutely not run any faster than 5200mhz

Hey Man! Thanks for the comment. I had no problems running 4 Sticks on the ASRock Board with 6000Mhz! Which Board did you use?

@@TekTherapy id really like to hear about that! Running the AsRock B650e PG, ryzen 7 7700x, trying to run 4x16gb @6000mhz I could get the system to post initially into bios reading 4 sticks, but then every time it required a restart it would not post with 4.

What i can say is i have always got 4x Sticks of Teamgroup Ram´s running in the Boards at 6000mhz. It might come down to your RAM Modules. Never had the PG Board though. So can´t really compare it. But what i can tell you is on Z790 i had much more issues getting Boards run with 4 Sticks at all compared to the AM5 Boards.

Really a lot of hard work. I wanted to know if a Cooler is mandatory and whether i need to use thermal paste if i dont add a cooler? Please advise.

You need either an AIR Cooler for the CPU or an All in one Liquid Cooler to cool the CPU you'll be using. Thermalpaste comes with either one anyway! Thanks for watching and liking the video

Pretty good work with the paint. I built my QUBE yesterday. I was disappointed that my black case only came with two of the small honeycomb panels and no gem. I got it to do the horizontal layout and it looks like it's missing one side :(

Hey Luke! Thanks for liking and watching the build video! As far as i am aware CM only bundled more honeycomb panels and the gem style holder with the macaron edition! Haven't tried out the different setups yet since we focussed more on the visuals. Shame yours doesnt look as intended in horizontal layout!

This is what happens when a computer is assembled by an artist who is not a specialist in this field. They did not install fans at the bottom of the case, but instead, they painted the case.

Sorry to disappoint you, but i have been building PCs since the mid 90s. And the only reason there are no fans on the bottom. Because the Case isn't designed for it. Either you ran rads on front bottom / top / front and exhaust back but the case doesn't improve airflow with bottom fans. This has been tested over and over. Btw. if you would have checked out the multiple other builds you would have seen how much we actually built.. Regardless thx for the comment

@@TekTherapy Oh no, you didn't disappoint me! Although I have not assembled computers since the mid-90s, I immediately noticed the ventilation holes for the inflow of cold air at the bottom of the case (5:04) When I studied physics at school, teachers told us that according to the laws of nature, cold air comes from below, and as it heats up, it rises, where it is taken away by water cooling fans and taken outside. This is a natural process.I own the Jonsbo TK1 2.0 case and I can confidently say that the placement of the fans at the bottom of the case is an excellent solution for ensuring proper airflow.

Here is the thing.. This case is designed to be used in different orientations. That is the main reason you have the holes for an AIO or Fans. Because you can basically flip the case in different internal / external layouts. Since the feet of the case in the orientation we used is actually so low it´s almost touching the desk there will be almost no intake of air what so ever. I have the TK1 actually for a future build and that case is completely different for Airflow that case really benefits from bottom fans.. as you could see it is having an chimney effect. But this won´t really work in the Qube 500. But appreciate your comment!

We didn't do any temp tests yet. But airflow will be quite good considering the open design of the case. Especially considering the hundreds of holes on the panel on the front/top. Thanks for watching!
