I always like it when they put the heater vents on the ceiling so the heat blows down. Another thing about that I like is the vent doesn't take up floor space and limit your ability to put furniture there.

It's also better for the a/c system as cold air drops and will disperse better ... Not as good for heat, as heat rises ...

Not bad! Love the ceiling... It really did have a rustic vibe. Ideally I would like more counter space, but I can live with it. One thing that did kinda bug me a bit was the trim, baseboards etc.. some rooms were white, some dark. I'm a little OCD. It's not a deal breaker, I'd just have to paint it lol. Thanks for the lovely tour!

This is a beautiful manufactured home !!! Per late 1970s federal law this is a manufactured home not mobile home or a trailer home. The law changed & regulated how the homes can be built to make them safer for people to live in !!!! This is gorgeous & the beauty of having a home built for you is that you can add windows and make other changes to make it special for you !!!!

LOVE the exterior of this home. Such pretty colors. Really nice windows, don't like the windows that don't open. Pretty ceilings, would like to see a front door with glass. Would like to see double doors on those wide closets for easier access.

I have toured this home at another location. It’s really nice! It would be prefect for a single person or empty nesters. The secondary bedrooms are small. One in particular would be better suited as an office. Deer Valley makes the nicest manufactured homes. You can customize so much. It feels well-made and not cheap at all. It goes up to 90 feet long, but that size isn’t allowed in every state.
