Me and my friend found this room by complete accident on a scav run yesterday and it was opened. We went inside and found 3 clocks, a cat statue and some other good stuff. We said we'd make it part of our route. We found out the room is locked the next scav run and by some miracle, i had found the relaxation key in the dev building before as its also part of our route. Didnt understand why we had to fight 3 PMCs in the building as the key was only 100k on flea. Funny to see you make a video on it with a perfect explanation

Theory about BTR shooting you: You had aggroed it by killing scavs earlier. When you ran up to the BTR it was already aiming at you constantly but couldn't shoot since you were too close. Then it left and eventually had a far enough distanced angle to actually shoot you.

I looted this room around 5 times or so as a solo PMC and it is the best key i have ever seen, like 250k for 2 uses and i have found like 3 bitcoins (2 in one raid) i also found so many kappa items, the new bobble heads and multiple moonshine. If ur playing streets, atleast buy the one use key, its just that good
