Just buy ferrite dust and have the multi tool mod that increases resource yield

One method to help find paradise type planets is to set a search for Star Bulb from the catalogue in the plants section of the catalogue. If a planet with Star bulb is found it will show up in the galaxy map.

Looking at your galactic location in the top corner of the star map, you are pretty close to one of my bases. It’s the only base on that side of the black hole from the main area of my star empire, which is on the other side of the galaxy from your current location

how did you get that s-class ship?

You can find those in the wild used by npc pilots. Check a space station or on-planet trading platform. THey are more probable to appear in higher tier systems and in outlaw/pirate systems. Then you simply buy them from the NPC. That class of ship btw is called "exotic" if you wanna google for it. They are the only type of ship that is ALWAYS S class.
