Hey Croc! You can actually summon your freighter from a planet's surface using the quick menu. It's quite the visual seeing it warp in and hover ominously in the upper atmosphere

I always dig a hole, throw the electrical cloaking unit inside and fill the hole back in lol Houses for all my villagers, man’s a Minecraft legend lol

Off the hook. That throne area is awesome. I forget what the part limit is, but its a lot. And I think you can go over if you don't upload the base. There is a way to overlap 2 base computer's claimed areas to increase the part limit too, if it hasn't been patched out. If you have the long range matter beam installed in your freighter, it just has to be in the system with you and you can access all your storage units from the inventory menu, you don't need to build them every time.

I never use free placement, too much of a hassle tbh. I wish they made more useful pieces like a triangle floor piece that has one 90 and two 45 degree angles, and more rounded wall and floor pieces (like, a quarter circle floor and quarter cylinder wall)
