I usually try to scrape as much as I can out with a toothpick or something, and then I take a piece of a baby wipe (or a tissue paper with some baby oil on it) and push it through the icing tip. It takes out all the excess clay :3 Try it and let me know how it goes!

I got them in A.C. Moore in the Martha Stewart Aisle, she literally has her own aisle haha. I don't know where they can be in Michael's so sorry! But try looking around all the MS merchandise. Mine were like $8 but I used a 50% off coupon.

Hei i know the question is not for me, but what i use is this small bags with zipper, of course i try to open the polymer clay plastic with care so the main mass doesnt need a new bag, but can use the same in biggest size too :)
