This makes me so nostalgic for a time not to long ago, when I was barely not dead. It’s the one nostalgia I’ll never avoid. Sometimes when I’m stressed and having a mental breakdown, I come here and just listen a bit; have a panic attack with this being... This is the first time commenting here. I just sit for a while with my emotions, playing this on loop, and then when I stop crying, even though I typically still feel catastrophically distressed, I move onwards; just like ENA, when the mood of the world changes, mine changes rapidly with it. A few days ago I went from full on (internal, mostly)panic attack to excitement and amazement in mere moments. In other words, extreme mood swings…one extreme to another with very little stimulation and time. And I’ve only been falling to the lowest moods more and more often :( Edit: I’m back, only an hour later. God I feel awful. The world is so horrid right now. I’m stuck in my own head and I don’t want to think but thought is all I have. Feels like the last night of the world. The last bell just rung. Edit: doing way better now. Thank y’all for the concern- I figured out a way better coping mechanism for me, found a better way to live I’ve been doing great for quite a while :)
