I do like the "Grip safety" type of rev trigger. I put one on a barricade about a year ago, just as a "test of concept" kind of thing. Worked pretty well.

Just an FYI I use the Coolook IMRs I've bought from out of darts originally for my MK3 and that Blaster handled four of them and for dummies. So I did the same thing with my first Maxim however after running through one coat of mag and trying to start firing through the next after about 7 darts it started feel like it was losing power and stopped I had to wait a minute or two and then it was working again but this repeated. I thought I might have had a lemon so I sent it back and same thing happened so apparently it doesn't like 4 IMRs

That sounds like the PTCs (resettable fuses) are clamping down on the current. 4 IMRs or LFPs is essentially a 4S LiPo (16V) and the motors and PTCs are only rated for up to 3S (12v).

I don’t know if it’s a problem with the batteries or the blaster itself but the maxim pro EATS through my double AA’s, I was able to run through atleast 3 18 round talons and the battery went flat. Need to get myself a 3s lipo because I do NOT want to spend more money on batteries if that’s the case

Hello Luke and greetings from the UK. Thanks very much for a very interesting and informative review. Have you any idea when/whether the Maxim Pro will be available in the UK, or at least Europe? My visit to the Dart Zone website revealed that, seemingly, the blaster (sold under the Adventure Force brand) can only be bought from Walmart - and they apparently don't ship to the UK. I've also e-mailed Dart Zone Sales about this, but I thought I'd sound you out too, given your expertise with foam blasters, etc. Many thanks and all the best. Allan

Hi Jimmy here I have your Jupiter and the proton pack if that's your best product you ever made I don't know if you even have the proton pack yet available for sale but I have it and I loaded it up with maybe 200 rounds and I laughed every step of the way the best Blaster ever I was maybe a hundred feet away from my wall in the hallway and eat round came back and hit me in the face I laughed every step of the way there is no mishaps it feeds every round get the Jupiter get the proton if available that's all you need get the Jupiter and the proton pack

Agree Coop miss the 2024. Dart Zone did a great job. Learn from mistake and improve. RIP MK3 and Omnia. Nerf RIP your Strife X whatever. Nerf, you lost the moment to convert all your great blasters in half darts. The future of the hobby and the market is compatability in specific with ammo and upgrades.
