I’ve been watching since 2015, and even though I haven’t nerfed in 4-5 years, I do still watch all your videos. To me, the hobby progression is bittersweet. On one hand, it’s “look how far we’ve come” but also, Hasbro hasn’t changed with the times, which you’ve said before isn’t likely because liability. As you said in the 2022 review, they led the way for so long and it’s sad to see them fall behind.

The Strife at 14:20 reminds me of a Custom you did way back in the days. it was some NERF with a carry handle you cut off and added a flat top and picatinny to it. then you painted it tan with black details. that Blaster was the Dream of my Childhood

Throwback! I remember seeing that Rapidstrike in your 430 dart challenge, and I used to watch your Dahamer Swarmfire integration for an hour non-stop when I was 7! I wonder if the future of Nerfing is going to be more of the dart side than on the blaster side. Improving dart design for better accuracy even at lower FPS would be a really interesting change to the hobby. I’m a plinker, so high accuracy springers are what I really like. Seeing more accuracy would be really fun for me.

I remember "modding" a new gun was just a shell that made a stryfe look like a kriss vector and painting it to look cool Now I just finished adding a second flywheel cage to my ma40.

For a kiddo like me I thought a 9kg fitted pump retaliator was performing at 100FPS and pretty good, but now that I think about all the other blasters like the DZP MK3 and all that I realize that its not really that great lol

Stryfes are still fairly easy to come by in the UK but the Swordfish's smoother shell looks a lot nicer with body kits and we never got a clear Stryfe.
