Additionally, the Thermal Hunter was supposed to be the Pump-Action Sentinel of our dreams. Not only am I getting less performance, but their pump 6-shooter is getting better ranges ( which are still around 10 fps less than the S).

So I was the first one to buy this from target. Personally, I think that it's a good blaster. But I did have some jams with third party hard tipped darts. I shot this about 100 times and the priming handle got stuck in the middle of priming going back. This happened about 2 or 3 times. Which that was a mechanical problem not a problem with the darts. The shooting performance was great and I think they nailed it there. Overall, if you dont mind a jam here and there then I recommend this blaster btw I am talking about the tactical storm.

i have what i assumed was a repaint of the monorail called the rail raider. the same thing just in a rather unflattering orange and green. but that has never jammed although it doesnt always catch the darts. the feeding system itself is spring loaded rather than gravity fed, so it works upside down

I do actually plan to use it and maybe even try to *slightly* mod it, since the benefit of the clip over a cylinder is that it's much flatter and smaller, thus allowing me to easily fit it in my pocket without it being noticeable, which might be a big benefit for usage during my college's HvZ weeklong.

With the monorail blaster, I'm assuming the rail is literally a rail with no top guard, since gravity is a problem with it. I believe an easy fix is to just give the rail a grip that holds in the darts.

I know that the Air Warriors Snipe has a very similar threading barrel system as the Tactical Storm, is the Snipe's barrel compatible with the Tactical Storm and vice versa? Also, the Tactical storm with Nerf straight opaque magazines looks more like an Elite blaster rather than an Air Warriors blaster

I'd like to do something similar once they actually are for sale, and possibly something a bit larger ... but I need to know what it took to do your target range there as a reference point. :)

I believe that the tactical storm / eradicator barrels are cross compatible with the barrel of the buzz bee snipe barrel, i do not know yet, but i had a snipe (i broke it) and still have the barrel, the thread seems to be the same.

the jaguar clip can be forced out so if you get replacements reloads can be quick

if you load on the go you won't run out of ammo easy, pluss magazines you have to pre-load and if you run out of magaxines it takes too long to load and your vulnerable to attack in that time, but in integrated mags you won't have that issue, you could just load one quickly and fire, then continue loading, so yes it takes a long time to completely load the blaster, but you may not need to

Hey Coop, I has a question about the monorail... It seems to be better for cosplay purposes, but every cosplay I can think of to use it in requires that I can pump it with one hand. Like I grab the slide, give it a thrust, and then as it comes back up, I grab it by the grip and pull the trigger. (Think like in Army of Darkness or some other flick with a double barrel shotgun like that) Can you actually prime it like that? Or it the prime weight too much? Because that's my big sell point. (Also, it seems like they drew inspiration from the German-made Mauser C96 from WWII for the Jaguar.)

For that shotgun you could probably cannibalize a nerf grenade and use one of the spring loaded arms to keep the darts from riding up and over the mechanism during hardcore parkour. Should be a pretty simple mod and would likely address the issues you had with loading
