Coopers Rock State Forest near Morgantown

This is an experiment for me - the original is an article on my blog, www.BackyardIm... which is illustrated by some of my photos of the Coopers Rock area outside Morgantown, West Virginia. I was experimenting with creating a podcast using an artificial reader of the text. I thought it worked very well - even sounding English like me - and the final idea was to add in the images themselves to make a video. Hope you enjoy this!

I truly enjoyed this "experiment". The English accent is enjoyable - my Grandmother was English. I am relatively new to Morgantown. I have been to Cooper's Rock - simply breathtaking! But with your drone, I am able to see so much more! I also enjoyed the history - it adds to the experience. My vote - keep experimenting, please.

Thanks Jeanie, and thanks for commenting here! I am English, which is why I chose that particular voice. I think I will also experiment with reading my own words - the artificial voice is good, but sometimes gets the intonation wrong. For a computer just reading some text, it does very well though. Thanks - this was the "mechanical voice". Much easier than recording my own voice, but perhaps not as interesting for the viewer
