Do they have dishwasher machines in Thailand?

Usually not. Most condos use the space where a dishwasher would go to install a washing machine instead of putting it on the balcony. That or they might install an oven. Which are also somewhat rare in Thai condos. So the only place you usually only see dishwashers is in the larger luxury homes or a penthouse condo owned by a westerner that had a hand in the design/reno.

Nice complex and in some ways more appealing than Dusit 2. You have to watch out for some of the dodgy agents who operate from there though, i used a little tubby Thai lady whou rents out many rooms there and i found out she overcharging for water and electric and keeping the difference for herself

You get your water and electricity bills directly from the Juristic office put into your mail box. Never pay it to an agent !!!!
