I've put in some complaints so far, it takes 6 months to get body cam footage because we only have one lady who works on providing them in the city apparently. I have no idea how to go about lawsuit stuff or who to ask about it or if I even can in the meantime. The original charges fell through but they say they still have 7 years total yo charge me with whatever felony they can.

Remind me to stay out of Arizona. I thought growing up in New Mexico was bad enough. In high school my buddy got his head bashed open by Albuquerque PD at a concert for mouthing off to a cop. He was a little shined up and said something he shouldn’t have. The cops wailed on him with a Billy club. It was terrifying. 12 stitches later and my mom had to use her connections to get him home. So much for free speech. I’m just glad my mentally disabled brother is still alive after all the times the cops came when he was having an episode. 50 years later and nothing has changed even with the cameras.

I can offer a possible explanation for that. Here goes. Because we have entire generations of citizens now. Who were and are being failed by our education systems. Who were never taught what it means to have a right vs having a priveledge. Who weren't taught that they themselves have any individual rights. For instance, just a few years ago I was completely blindsided, a bootlicker, oblivious to how incompetent police officers are & the danger they present. My eyes were opened by AUDITORS. You don't even have to use physical force to get charged. Making your body go limp or stiffening your body when police are trying to arrest you can result in a charge of resisting arrest. Also, in Arizona, you can be found guilty of resisting arrest even if your arrest was not legally justified by the police.
