All towing companies have a contract with the police department and they split the tow money with the department. If the vehicle gets impound there is over night fees and other charges which turn into hundreds of dollars really quickly 🇺🇸

It is the very people they are treating with disdain and disrespect. We The People are learning many "forces" are overfunded, mismanaged, and have rampant failure to supervise and train their reports. We are also learning that we have immense strength in numbers and can defund as easily as we continue doling out hard earned tax dollara in return for retaliatory and unjust treatment of law abiding citizens who do nothing but pay the public servants who treat citizens like criminals and worse.... even veterans with purple hearts who havw done nothing but secure the wat of life that has given LE an abundance of monetary and other opportunities. Towing cars of an expecting mother and a mother with small children and a husband who is a purple heart veteran back to back is, in my view, the behavior only a sociopath can pull off. Where are the pangs of conscience? I guess there are none when no conscience exists.

Pulling someone over in an unmarked car here in WA State violates Washington State’s RCW 46.08.064, although, they still do it all the time! In fact…. Since We The People can conduct “Citizen’s Arrests”, we should also be out passing “Citizen’s Citations” as well. In fact… that won’t be hard to do when they are passing those BS Citations out all day. Just take one of those citations, scan it into a PDF and edit it into a blank fillable form we can fill out and make copies. Must also make sure to adequately file the thorough Affidavit For Notice Of Infractions on time. Be sure certain everything matches ALL the information on the issued Citations precisely, with the Courts.

Only supervisors and detective and Chief can use unmarked vehicles. How ever they can only stop people if they have warrants or see criminal behavior. Other wise that's can NOT perform traffic stop based on civil infraction. Such as speeding, texting, inc.

Its called Police racketeering operations with many towing companies. Be careful on this one you put your nose to deep investigating it you may find yourself being eliminated by long haired fellows on bikes. Taxpayers should advocate for legislation that mandates a grace period for vehicle owners to remove their cars before they can be towed. Notifications of this timeline should be documented on body cameras and included on any tickets issued. Additionally, vehicles should only be towed from public roadways if there is no designated side parking lane available.
