My girlfriend lived a couple of blocks west of the bucket on Center Street until 1973, so I got used to it. Hadn’t thought about that unusual traffic control system for 51 years until I just watched this video.

That's awesome. I've been in Stratford since '76, and never knew about that, at the end of the Green. No more Roto-cop 😅
